COUNSELLING, PSYCHOTHERAPY, AND PSYCHOSEXUAL THERAPY:
Counselling and psychotherapy can help individuals or couples.
Counselling might focus on a particular problem causing difficulty or distress by working towards a solution or providing a space to think and process.
Psychotherapy is similar but might be more explorative. It might move away from and back to the presenting problem, identifying emotional and behavioural patterns or making links between past and present.
Psychosexual therapy can help with a range of sexual and relationship problems such as premature ejaculation, painful sex, loss of desire or libido, sex and pornography addiction and unsatisfactory sex. The emphasis might be on behaviour or explore the emotional and relational context.

HOW IT WORKS:
I currently offer online sessions via zoom and skype and also provide in-person therapy.
My fee for online work is £50 and in person individual sessions are £60. I charge £70 for couple therapy. I can sometimes offer lower price therapy on request.
Prior to beginning counselling or therapy, I am happy to have a telephone conversation to discuss things and to help us both decide whether to begin the process. I do not charge for this call.
The first assessment session is a chance to explore things further, to decide whether to have further sessions and get an idea of what these might look like.
